About the Lunnescence Merlot
Lunessence Merlot is a 100% Merlot from an Osoyoos vineyard, crafted with whole-cluster pressing, partial foot treading, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, and French oak maturation. The wine is unfiltered and unfined, with restrained residual sugar and a structured expression of Okanagan Merlot.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled T-bone steak, roasted mushrooms, garlic potatoes, and herb jus.
