About the Luneau-Papin Les Pierres Blanches
Les Pierres Blanches is a dry Muscadet from Luneau-Papin, produced from Melon de Bourgogne grown in La Chapelle-Heulin on gneiss and quartz soils. The wine is matured on its lees, delivering freshness, white-fruit character, mineral tension, and a distinctly saline finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with seared scallops, grilled white fish, sushi, and fresh shellfish.
