About the Lucien Muzard & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay
Lucien Muzard & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay is barrel fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by complete malolactic fermentation during winter in underground cellars. Maturation in 350-litre barrels gives this Chardonnay a rounded, balanced expression while maintaining its regional Burgundy character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted chicken, grilled white fish, creamy pasta, seared scallops, or soft cheeses.
