A prestigious and limited-production white wine, the 2023 G Lot Chardonnay is the pinnacle of the Luca collection, sourced from extremely high-altitude vines in the Gualtallary district. This wine exhibits a brilliant straw-yellow color and an intense, multi-layered nose of crisp green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers, underpinned by a signature flinty, stony minerality and a hint of wet river stones. On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful yet incredibly focused, showcasing a dense, oily texture beautifully offset by a racy, electric acidity. Matured for 12 months in French oak, it offers sophisticated notes of toasted brioche and ginger that lead into a remarkably long, saline, and savory finish.
