Louis Latour Bourgogne Chardonnay 2024 is a classic, refined expression of Burgundian Chardonnay crafted by one of the region's most historic négociant houses. Sourced from carefully selected vineyards across clay and limestone soils with average vine ages of 30 years, this wine undergoes traditional temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats with complete malolactic fermentation, followed by 8 to 10 months of maturation in stainless steel. It presents a brilliant pale yellow color with green highlights, leading to an aromatic bouquet dominated by white flowers, honeysuckle, and fresh citrus notes.
