Louis Cheze Cornas is produced from 100% Syrah and displays an intense garnet color with blackberry and chocolate aromas. The palate is ample and generous, showing notable fullness and a rounded mouthfeel. It is matured for 14 months in barrels previously used for one to two wines.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled ribeye, braised beef short ribs, roast lamb, or herb-crusted venison.
