About the Lou Miranda Master Piero Shiraz
A powerful single-vineyard Barossa Shiraz with concentrated raspberry, blackcurrant and plum layered with liquorice, lavender, mint and warm oak spice. Full-bodied and richly textured, velvety tannins frame the generous fruit, while dark chocolate and savoury spice linger through the persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with osso buco, grilled steak, braised beef, roast lamb, hearty Italian dishes or rich eggplant preparations.
