About the Lothian Mithril Elgin Pinot Noir
A rare, meticulously selected Elgin Pinot Noir with ripe cherry, raspberry and strawberry layered with violets, forest floor, subtle cocoa and refined oak spice. Silky and concentrated, vibrant acidity and polished tannins provide elegance and structure through a long, complex finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, game birds or creamy soft cheeses.
