About the Xavier & Nicolas Barbet Moulin-a-Vent
Xavier & Nicolas Barbet Moulin-a-Vent is a Gamay from a five-hectare estate surrounding the historic windmill. Individual parcels are vinified separately using Burgundian methods, then matured for more than a year in foudres and barrels, producing structured fruit, freshness, refined tannins, and mineral character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with beef tenderloin with mushrooms, herb-roasted pork, or lentils with smoked bacon.
