About the L'Or des Fous Bourgogne Pinot Noir
L'Or des Fous Bourgogne Pinot Noir is made from Pinot Noir grown on clay-rich soils with siliceous pebbles. Traditional vinification includes destemmed fruit and extended maceration, followed by maturation in barrel and stainless steel. Wild strawberry, undergrowth, licorice, and subtle smoky notes lead to a fresh finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled lamb chops, beef rib, or creamy mushroom and herb tart.
