About the Loosenbarry Walhalla Dry Riesling
A distinctive dry Riesling collaboration between Ernst Loosen and the Barry family, made from Erdener Treppchen fruit in the Mosel. Fresh apple, lime and lemon pastry notes meet vibrant acidity, fine mineral character and a long, refreshing finish after extended lees aging.
Food Pairing: Fresh crab, salmon, pork tenderloin, shellfish, white fish, spicy dishes and lightly seasoned poultry.
