Crafted by winemaker Gilles Nicault, this unique New World blend offers an expressive and layered bouquet featuring intense aromas of wild blackberries, cassis, and black plum compote, beautifully framed by earthy undertones, cocoa, anise, rosemary, and sweet barrel spices. On the palate, this full-bodied red delivers a rich, muscular, and hedonistic mouthfeel. Concentrated black fruit flavors, graphite, and savory hints of black pepper integrate seamlessly with firm, chewy, yet polished tannins and vibrant acidity. Following 30 months of maturation in predominantly new French oak barrels, it culminates in a remarkably long, structured, and persistent finish.
