BrewDog LoneWolf Original Juniper Gin

Handcrafted in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, by BrewDog Distilling Co., LoneWolf Original Juniper Gin is the flagship expression of the distillery, built from scratch using a base spirit fermented and copper pot distilled on-site from grain to glass. Bottled at a robust 40% ABV (and 44% in select markets), this juniper-forward craft gin marries intense Tuscan juniper with Scots pine needles, fresh citrus peels, and aromatic spices to create a fierce, resinous, and deeply complex modern spirit profile.

Food Pairing: Grilled lamb chops with rosemary, cured meats, smoked salmon, fish and chips, sharp aged Cheddar, or rich seafood dishes.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a rich, oily, and smooth full-bodied mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely aromatic and pine-forward with resinous Tuscan juniper berries and fresh Scots pine needles upfront, backed by bright pink grapefruit peel, lemon zest, fragrant lavender, and warm pink peppercorn spice.

Palate: Bold, crisp, and juniper-centric, opening with resinous pine and vibrant grapefruit oil before evolving into rich layers of citrus, earthy angelica, warm cardamom, spicy mace, and subtle nutty almond undertones.

Finish: Long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of piney juniper, bitter citrus zest, and a warming peppery spice kick.

Serve: Serve over large ice cubes topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a slice of fresh pink grapefruit and a sprig of fresh rosemary, or as the robust foundation for a classic Dry Martini or Negroni.
