BrewDog LoneWolf Cactus and Mexican Lime Gin

Handcrafted in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, by BrewDog Distilling Co., LoneWolf Cactus & Mexican Lime Gin is an adventurous, citrus-driven craft spirit distilled from scratch in custom triple-bubble copper pot stills. Combining LoneWolf's core botanical recipe with real Queen of the Night cactus flowers—which bloom only at night—and vibrant Mexican lime, this expression delivers a sharp, juicy, and exotic tropical twist grounded by piney juniper backbone.

Food Pairing: Fish tacos with lime crema, fresh guacamole and tortilla chips, ceviche, spicy grilled prawns, chicken fajitas, or mango salsa.

Tasting Notes: Pale translucent lime-tinted clear in appearance with a crisp, juicy, and vibrant medium body.

Nose: Intensely fresh and zesty with zesty Mexican lime peel and fresh key lime juice leading upfront, accompanied by green botanical cactus, floral blossoms, and bright piney juniper.

Palate: Energetic and citrus-forward, opening with mouth-watering Mexican lime and tart citrus oils before evolving into sweet floral notes of cactus flower, green herbals, coriander, and crisp piney juniper berries.

Finish: Long, clean, and refreshing with lingering notes of tart lime zest, herbal pine, and a subtle mouth-watering mineral crispness.

Serve: Serve over ice with premium tonic water or pink grapefruit soda, garnished with a fresh wedge of Mexican lime and a salt rim, or as an ideal base for a Gin Rita or Southside cocktail.
