Lombardi Blanc de Blancs is crafted exclusively from first-press Chardonnay juice, with reserve wine adding depth and complexity. Extended lees ageing shapes a fresh, generous Champagne showing ripe peach, toasted almond, and yellow orchard fruit, supported by lively acidity and an expressive, finely textured palate.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with white truffle risotto, turbot, or sole in a delicate sauce.
