About the Lombardi Anthese Rose
Lombardi Anthese Rose blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using exclusively first-press juice. Aged for 24 months on lees and six months after disgorgement, it offers ripe raspberry, peach, and candied lemon notes, balanced by juicy acidity and a fine, light mousse.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with sushi, Moroccan tagine, or mildly spiced Indian dishes.
