Emphasizing the distillery's farm-to-cask ethos, this expression begins its maturation in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels before undergoing an 18-month finishing period in ex-Sangiovese red wine casks sourced from Tuscany, Italy. Bottled without chill-filtration or added color, this lowlands single malt masterfully balances the distillery's creamy, fruit-forward house style with the gentle tannic structure and vibrant red berry depth of the Italian wine.
