Tasting notes:
Nose: Bright, vibrant nose, baked apple pie, toffee, stewed fruits.
Palate: Super rich, mouthcoating, caramel, heather honey, grassy, cheesy, baking spices.
Finish: Long finish, oak, pepper, nutmeg, drying. Old barn funkiness, the finish drinks like a much older whisky with deep rich wood notes.
