Anthony selected 23 oloroso sherry butts in total, using 20 first fill, and 3 refill casks in total to create a luxurious, punchy, sherry laden peated dram.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Caramelised custard tart, freshly roasted coffee with notes of candied ginger.
Palate: Honey roasted figs, cloves and sticky toffee pudding with a suggestive smokiness evocative of barbecued bananas.
Finish: Lingering finish with a savoury undertone held together by a smoky and earthy influence.
