About the Lismore 18 Year Old

An 18 year old "mystery Speyside" single malt from The Lismore. This is not a distillery, but a company bottling single malt from an undisclosed distillery. The company itself just happens to be owned by that family that also owns Glenfarclas Distillery... Bottled at 43% after 18 years.
Nose: Sherried nose with hints of cinnamon.
Palate: A real mouth filling whisky, one little drop envelops your entire mouth. Fruit and toffee right at the forefront.
Finish: Butterscotch candy.
Origins: "From the Highlands of Scotland" But where? The Speyside is in the Highlands!
