Liquidity Pinot Gris 2019 is an elegant, fresh, and textured white wine produced by Liquidity Wines in the Okanagan Falls sub-appellation of British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Sourced entirely from estate fruit—predominantly from older vines planted in 1998—the grapes are 100% whole-cluster pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve pristine freshness and varietal purity. In the glass, it exhibits a bright straw-gold hue with inviting aromas of green apple, juicy pear, honeydew melon, lemon meringue, and delicate white blossom. On the palate, it offers a creamy, light-to-medium body showcasing rich flavors of gala apple, kiwi, crisp pineapple, and subtle almond nuances, perfectly balanced by a refreshing, food-friendly acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
