Lionel Faury Syrah Les Hautes Ribaudes is made entirely from Syrah grown on granite soils above Chavanay. Partial whole-cluster fermentation and maturation in foudres, demi-muids, and vats preserve fresh raspberry and redcurrant flavors, complemented by peppery, savory notes and an inviting, fruit-driven palate.
