Lingua Franca Tongue 'N Cheek Pinot Noir 2021 is a dynamic, sleekly layered Oregon red crafted from 100% de-stemmed fruit sourced from organic and biodynamic sites in the Eola-Amity Hills. It opens with expressive aromas of wild strawberries, raspberry preserves, dried flowers, and tea leaves accenting a core of stony minerality and forest floor. The palate is medium-bodied, velvety, and tension-filled, delivering a focused core of dark cherry, orange peel, and mild spice framed by mouthwatering natural acidity and silky, fine-grained tannins that lead to a long, mineral-driven finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs excellently with roasted duck breast, pigeon with bacon, grilled pork chops, wild mushroom risotto, or roasted herb-crusted salmon.
