Barrel Estate Limestone Coast Shiraz Merlot 2017 blends 55% Shiraz and 45% Merlot, matured for 18 months in French oak. Blackberry, cherry and raspberry fruit meet smoky, leather and barbecue notes, while the palate is supple, full and elegant with layered mineral character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with smoked beef brisket, grilled lamb chops, barbecue ribs, and roasted mushrooms.
