About the Lightning Rock Syrah
Lightning Rock Syrah is produced in Summerland, British Columbia from Syrah grown at the estate Elysia Vineyard, planted in 2006. The vineyard's steep site combines glacial till, decomposed bedrock, and alluvial soils, supporting an expressive Okanagan interpretation of Syrah.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled lamb chops, roasted mushrooms, peppercorn sauce, and rosemary potatoes.
