About the Lightfoot & Wolfville Terroir Series Gamay Noir
Lightfoot & Wolfville Terroir Series Gamay Noir is an estate-grown Nova Scotia red made entirely from Gamay Noir at Oak Island Vineyard in Avonport. Fermentation uses whole clusters, carbonic maceration, and indigenous yeasts, followed by nine months in stainless steel, preserving freshness, texture, and vibrant fruit character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast duck breast, mushroom risotto, grilled lamb chops, and charcuterie.
