Liebart-Regnier Excelia is a vintage Champagne combining Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Vauciennes. Vinified in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation, the wine matures extensively on lees and receives a restrained dosage. The Magnum format presents this structured, balanced expression with fine acidity and mature complexity.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with rabbit terrine, Espelette pepper, or duck breast.
