Produced at the Domaine de Chez Maillard in the Fins Bois cru, Leyrat VSOP Réserve is an award-winning single-estate cognac from Domaine Leyrat. Distilled exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes grown, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled on the estate premises, this expression matures in French oak casks for significantly longer than the legal VSOP minimum. The extended aging in both new and aged oak barrels allows the vibrant fruit characteristics of the Fins Bois terroir to integrate seamlessly with warm oak influences, resulting in a elegant cognac packed with aromas of dry white flowers, pastry, candied citrus, and soft spice.
