Le Fracce 'Levriere' Pinot Grigio 2023 is a refined, delicate, and beautifully structured white wine produced by Tenuta Le Fracce in Mairano di Casteggio, situated in the heart of Lombardy's Oltrepò Pavese. Sourced from sandy-clay estate soils facing east, the 100% Pinot Grigio grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the fine lees ("sur lie") to enhance texture, body, and aromatic complexity. In the glass, it shows a bright, pale lemon color and opens with an intense, harmonious bouquet of white acacia flowers and fresh white melon. On the palate, it delivers a smooth, supple mouthfeel with well-integrated warmth, vibrant freshness, and a pleasantly sapid, mineral-driven finish.
