Fonjoya Lettre de Vendanges V/II Grande Réserve White is an expressive, elegant, and beautifully balanced southern French white wine crafted by Caves Fonjoya in the Languedoc region. Sourced from vineyards situated at the foot of the Séranne and Mont Saint-Baudille hills, this cuvée is made from a classic Mediterranean blend of Vermentino (Rolle), Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne. In the glass, it presents a luminous pale yellow hue with greenish highlights. The nose opens with enticing aromas of white flowers, crisp citrus, white peach, and subtle herbal nuances. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and smooth, combining vibrant fruit flavors with a fresh, clean acidity and a pleasant, refreshing finish.
