Les Subversifs Gin Marie-Victorin is a Quebec London Dry gin slowly distilled in small batches. Traditional juniper, coriander, lemon peel, angelica root and cardamom are joined by an unusual addition of parsnip, macerated after distillation, bringing subtle sweetness, gentle bitterness and delicate floral character.
