About the Les Jamelles Syrah
Les Jamelles Syrah is a rich Pays d'Oc red made entirely from Syrah. Raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant and violet aromas combine with spice, vanilla, cinnamon and mint. Gentle extraction develops velvety tannins and concentration, while partial oak ageing adds spice to the long, silky finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with lamb tagine, spareribs, game and Spanish tapas.
