Les Jamelles Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a dry, aromatic Pays d'Oc white made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc. Passion fruit, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and lemon meet honeysuckle and flinty mineral notes. Stainless steel fermentation and brief fine-lees ageing preserve freshness, acidity and a refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with sea bream ceviche, shrimp and grilled cod.
