About the Les Jamelles Cabernet Sauvignon
Les Jamelles Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, complex Pays d'Oc red made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon. Blackcurrant and strawberry aromas meet fresh peppercorn, cinnamon and mint notes, followed by subtle cedar, oak and walnut. Long maceration and partial oak ageing support soft, silky tannins.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with cassoulet, grilled meats, lamb and beef stew.
