Les Auzines Alaina Rose 2024 is a pale, refreshing rose crafted from Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. Produced from carefully selected clear juice, it undergoes cool fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by three months of stainless-steel ageing, preserving freshness, minerality and a clean finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled fish, seafood, salads, pasta and charcuterie.
