About the Leprince Bourgogne Aligote
Clean and lively, this Aligote delivers bright citrus, white blossoms and stony minerality. Old-vine fruit is hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees in equal parts vat and oak, adding texture and finesse while preserving the wine’s trademark freshness and drive.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with warm oysters or pikeperch with confit shallots.
