Legent Kentucky Straight Bourbon

A historic, cross-cultural collaboration that brings together the best of two whiskey worlds. Legent (pronounced "Lee-jent") starts with a historic Kentucky Straight Bourbon recipe from Fred Noe, the legendary Master Distiller at Jim Beam. The bourbon is then partially finished in French oak red wine casks and Spanish sherry casks before being masterfully blended by Shinji Fukuyo, the Chief Blender at Suntory. Bottled at 94 proof, it offers the robust, sweet character of a classic bourbon beautifully elevated by the dark fruit and complex spice of the wine finishes.

NOSE

A complex bouquet of rich caramel, dark cherry, warm oak, and distinct layers of dried fruit and wine tannin.

PALATE

Full-bodied, rich, and layered. Heavy notes of sweet vanilla, brown sugar, and toasted oak are beautifully complemented by tart cherry, raisins, and a touch of baking spice.

FINISH

Long, warm, and lingering with a perfectly balanced blend of classic bourbon sweetness and dry French oak.
