Tasting Notes: Indicative notes of earthy peat smoke, dried fruit, dark chocolate, coastal salinity, toasted oak and warming spice.

Nose: Rich peat smoke, dark berries, raisins, cocoa, toasted nuts and a hint of sea breeze.

Palate: Full-bodied and expressive, with dried fruit, sweet malt, dark chocolate, earthy peat, cracked pepper and maritime salinity.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering peat smoke, dark cocoa, dried fruit and gently drying oak spice.
