About the Le Vieux Pin Syrah Cuvee Violette 2022
Cuvee Violette 2022 is 100% Syrah from three South Okanagan vineyards. Fermented in concrete and stainless steel, it shows bramble fruit, purple flowers, pepper, spice, softer tannins, and a bright floral profile, followed by 15 months of maturation in oak and concrete.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with crispy duck breast, lavender honey gastrique, lentil walnut meatloaf, and onion jus.
