Cassis, blackcurrant and dark cherry are layered with violets, pencil shavings, cedar and graphite. The palate is dense and concentrated yet beautifully balanced, with ripe black fruit, firm structured tannins and vibrant acidity carrying into an exceptionally long, dry and complex finish.

Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye, rack of lamb, venison, braised short ribs and aged hard cheeses.
