A true expression of the Chablis region, Laurent and Céline Notton Chablis embodies elegance, freshness, and the distinctive minerality for which the region is renowned. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the heart of Burgundy, this wine reflects the dedication and expertise of the Notton family.
Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Pale golden hue with green highlights.
Aroma: Vibrant citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, complemented by hints of green apple, white flowers, and a touch of wet stone minerality.
Palate: Crisp and refreshing, with a well-balanced acidity and flavors of orchard fruits, lime zest, and a subtle saline finish that lingers gracefully.
Food Pairing:
Perfectly pairs with seafood, shellfish, poultry, creamy cheeses, or light vegetable dishes. Its bright acidity also complements rich, buttery sauces.

Hailing from the unique Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis, this wine captures the essence of its terroir, delivering a pure and precise expression of Chardonnay.
