The Field Blend Old Vine Series Las Olvidadas is a field blend of 80% País and 20% San Francisco from Huarilihue, Itata. Made with no added sulfites from grapes that were hand-pressed and 20% macerated in whole bunches. Maroon in the glass. The aromas include strawberry, kirsch, earth and cherry alongside a little stem. This has the slightly rough tannins one expects from País but delivers a flavorful aftertaste founded in sour cherry aromas.
