Sourced from some of the finest Kimmeridgian clay-limestone plots across the estate's village-level vineyards, this pure Chardonnay undergoes partial maturation in large French oak foudres alongside extended aging on fine lees. The result is a vibrant, pale gold wine that opens with a delicate bouquet of white blossoms, crisp green apple, white peach, and a quintessential crushed-stone minerality. On the palate, it is beautifully taut and linear, perfectly balancing its zippy natural acidity with a subtly creamy, tactile texture.
