Larceny Barrel Proof Batch C925 is the third and final release of 2025 in Heaven Hill's acclaimed wheated bourbon series. It presents a dark sepia or amber colour and opens with an inviting, sweet bouquet of toasted bread, maple, and cinnamon, accented by bakery notes of vanilla cream and brown sugar. On the palate, this batch is exceptionally rich and viscous, shedding its initial heat to reveal layers of molasses, fig, and hazelnut. Unique to this release are dark fruit notes of blackberry and blueberry, which provide a fruity contrast to the pepper spice and savory walnut skin. The finish is long and nuanced, lingering with warm impressions of dark chocolate, tiramisu, and charred oak.
