Lantides Estate Little Ark Rose

Crafted in the famed Peloponnese region of Greece, Lantides Estate 'Little Ark' Rosé (Mikri Kibotos) is an enchanting, highly aromatic Greek rosé produced by Panikos Lantides and his family. Highlighting indigenous Greek grape heritage, this dry rosé is crafted primarily from Moschofilero—a distinctive, pink-skinned aromatic grape indigenous to the high-altitude plateau of Mantinia—blended with a touch of Agiorgitiko for structural body and vibrant berry fruit color. Grown on cool, gravelly clay soils at elevations exceeding 600 meters above sea level, the vines benefit from significant diurnal temperature variation that preserves intense floral aromatics and piercing, crisp natural acidity. Hand-harvested in early morning hours, the grapes undergo brief skin-contact maceration to extract its delicate salmon-pink hue before cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Un-aged in oak to protect its luminous freshness, this vibrant Greek rosé delivers an irresistible synthesis of exotic floral perfume, bright citrus, and crisp summer fruit.

Food Pairing: Greek village salad (Horiatiki) with feta, grilled octopus, spanakopita, prawns saganaki, sushi and sashimi, fried calamari, light pasta with pesto, and goat cheese crostini.
