Planteray Rum Single Cask introduces Land Selection, a blend of seven unique rums matured in moscatel casks. This extraordinary blend showcases the artistry of rum making, with distinct percentages from different regions. 46% Trinidad, 15% Panama, 11% Barbados, 9% Australia, 7% Jamaica, 6% Fiji Island, and 6% Guyana. Land Selection is a one-of-a-kind release, embodying Planteray´s sifnatire ageing process. First aged in tropical bourbon barrels, it then embarks on a sea journey to mature further in French Oak Ferrand casks in the south-west of France. Each cask undergoes a third maturation in Moscatel wine casks. Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel selects every cask individually to highlight each rum´s character and enhanced its personality. Only a handfull of casks are bottled every year, in personalized numbered bottles, making these limited edition true collectors´ items.
