Lana Tequila Trial Collection

Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from both the Lowlands and Highlands of Jalisco. Cooked in traditional stone brick ovens, extracted via roller mill, and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper components at Tequila San Matías de Jalisco (NOM 1103). The Trial Collection is an ultra-premium tasting flight set featuring 375ml or 50ml sampler bottles of Lana's core lineup: Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo. Unaged or matured in American oak barrels, this collection offers a curated side-by-side journey through crisp, mineral agave, soft vanilla-oak Reposado, and deep caramel-forward Añejo notes.

Food Pairing: Charcuterie boards, artisan cheeses, fish ceviche, grilled steak skewers, carnitas tacos, and dark chocolate truffles.

Tasting Notes : Ranging from crystal clear (Blanco) to warm golden straw (Reposado) and deep amber gold (Añejo), each displaying medium-to-full body and silkiness.

Nose : Fresh cooked agave, bright citrus, and white pepper in the Blanco; subtle oak, vanilla, and caramel in the Reposado; rich toasted wood, dark chocolate, and dried fruit in the Añejo.

Palate : Vibrant agave, mint, and mineral heat evolving into buttery caramel, roasted agave, light oak tannins, and warm baking spices across the aged expressions.

Finish : Smooth, balanced, and elegant, transitioning from crisp pepper and citrus to lingering vanilla bean and warm oak spice.

Serve : Serve neat side-by-side at room temperature in glencairn or Riedel tequila glasses for comparative tasting, or over a single ice sphere.
