Critic tasting note: (2021 vintage) "2021 was a hot year and an early harvest in Sonoma, which is never the perfect scenario for pinot noir. Two Dijon clones are involved here (115 and 667), and each is kept separate before blending seven months in 40% new French oak, 20% neutral oak, and 40% stainless steel. The style is New World rustic with earth, black cherry, and blueberry, with a brush of dried herbs and dry tannins. Best now with pork or duck dishes.
