Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in the Lowlands of Jalisco (Los Valles). Slow-cooked in traditional stone brick ovens, extracted via screw mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks before double-distillation in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils at La Cofradía (NOM 1137). This fiery craft expression infuses unaged blanco tequila with natural cinnamon and spicy pepper botanical essences, creating a bold, warming profile that seamlessly fuses intense sweet spice with crisp, earthy cooked agave.

Food Pairing: Spicy chorizo tacos, mole poblano, dark chocolate truffles, churros with cinnamon sugar, and grilled skirt steak.

Tasting Notes : Luminous warm amber-gold tint with crystal clarity and a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel.
