Lajach Citrus Splash Flavoured Tequila

Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in the Lowlands of Jalisco (Los Valles). Slow-cooked in traditional stone brick ovens, extracted via screw mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks before double-distillation in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils at La Cofradía (NOM 1137). This refreshing craft expression infuses unaged blanco tequila with natural lime, lemon, and grapefruit citrus essences, yielding a crisp, sun-ripened flavor profile that combines zesty citrus brightness with rich, cooked agave sweetness and a clean finish.

Food Pairing: Fresh fish ceviche, lime-marinated shrimp tacos, fresh guacamole with totopos, oysters on the half shell, grilled chicken fajitas, and goat cheese crostini.

Tasting Notes : Luminous crystal clear with a bright lime-green tinted base and a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel.

Nose : Vibrant sun-ripened lime, fresh lemon peel, pink grapefruit zest, sweet cooked agave, and crisp herbal mint.

Palate : Crisp and zesty up front with natural lime juice, juicy grapefruit, tart citrus oil, sweet roasted agave, and a light touch of white pepper spice.

Finish : Clean, bright, and refreshing with a lingering fade of citrus zest and warm agave sweetness.

Serve : Serve chilled as a crisp shot, poured over ice with club soda or sparkling water, or as an effortless base in Margaritas, Palomas, and highball cocktails.
